This Privacy Notice applies to all visitors to the Bloggors website and users of our site's chat service and describes our privacy practices.
Cookies are used by Bloggors and its third-party service providers to operate some of the chat service parts. The following are the methods by which we gather personal data about you through our cookies.
A random online username is assigned to your device's browser by Bloggors via an identity cookie. For the safety and security of the website and chat services, Bloggors uses an online username.
When using the DM services, you can create a pseudonym thanks to Bloggors' use of cookies. A cookie containing your nickname is delivered to Bloggors and used to find another user in our system when you ask to start a chat using the DM feature. Once the user has logged in, you will be able to see some of their information thanks to our cookies. Except to reply to chat requests between you and the person using the DM function, Bloggors does not store or access data from the cookie associated with your username.
Bloggors tracks anonymous statistical data on how the site and chat services are used using Google Analytics. Bloggors collect usage statistics to maintain and enhance the site's and services' functioning and security.
To keep control over the data gathered by cookies, use the browser settings. You might not be able to access all of the features offered by the website and chat services, and some functions might not work correctly if you decide not to allow cookies.
We may use or share the personal information we have collected about you for one or more of the following business purposes:
To help maintain the integrity, excellence, safety, and security of the Bloggors Website and DM Services. For example, Bloggors may filter information and use it to guard against spammers, hackers, and others who harm the site and its services; Bloggors may also share information with moderation service providers, and Bloggors may share information with law enforcement.
When you use Bloggors' DM feature and you've found someone to talk to, you'll probably get some basic information about that person, so you can get an idea about them. For example, you will see information about the stranger like the country he is connecting to you and the language of the country he is connecting to you. We have associated Bloggors with a geolocation provider that will provide us with this information. We only use this data to dynamically improve the function of our DM.
The limited personal information you provide to Bloggors through the Site and the DM Service is shielded by Bloggors through the security measures and structures we have in place to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification. However, Bloggors can't promise 100% security. Information can never be transmitted over the Internet securely or without error. You should exercise great caution when providing your information online and think carefully about who you choose to send your information to in charge to be sure they will not share it with others.
