Terms of Service Agreement for BLOGGORS

1. Application and acceptance of the present conditions

You and Bloggors.com fully agree to the Terms of Use. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be secured by these terms by accessing or using the Bloggors Website, currently located at Bloggors.com, or any application or other service offered or operated by Bloggors. You may also do so by checking a box or clicking a button indicating your acceptance of these terms. Do not access or use any benefits if you don't agree to these conditions.

You must abide by the Bloggors Community Guidelines, which can be found here, as well as any other rules, policies, or regulations that may be posted on the services or otherwise made known to you. By this reference, all such policies, guidelines, and rules are made a part of these terms.

2. PROHIBITIONS ON THE USE OF OUR SERVICES BY A MINOR

People beneath the age of 13 are not permitted to access or use the services, nor should they. You may only use the benefits with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms if you are between the ages of 13 and the legal age of maturity in your country of residence. When you utilize our services, you are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You consent to follow these terms and the Community Guidelines and not help or enable anyone else to:

• Violate or attempt to evade any of our applicable laws, rules, contracts, or rights of third parties;
• Use the services for commercial or other unlawful purposes, or in a manner that implies or suggests a partnership between you and Bloggors, or that misleads others as to your relationship with Bloggors;

• Don't use any automated system or process to interact with the site, access it, or collect necessary data or information about the user;
• Avoid, attempt anything that you think might circumvent any technological safeguards implemented by Bloggors or any of its suppliers to protect our services;
• Avoid doing anything that would interfere with the proper working of the site, such as attempting to engineer, copy and so on...
• Engage in any conduct that endangers or could endanger the performance or proper working of the Services; or
• Do something that is bad, such as violate or restrict the rights of any third party, or harm or threaten to harm any third party.

Note: We are not obligated to enforce any of the terms set forth in this document, including any restrictions, community standards, rules, or other provisions. While we have the right to do so, we can only enforce them when we choose to do so.

4. Here is how we treat user content, user disputes, and user conduct on the website.

Users may communicate with each other through the channels provided by the services. Even if you use the DM option, Bloggors doesn't influence who you speak. Although Bloggors is not required to do so, it may choose to do so as part of the provision of the services. You acknowledge and agree that Bloggors doesn't generate, endorse, or control any user content, including, but not limited to, text and video conversations. Bloggors disclaims any liability in connection with user content and user behavior on the Services. As long as the information you choose to publish or any activities of other users of the services are not under our control. Any information or communication you choose to provide on the site or through the services will not be retained by Bloggors.

The "Marks" refer to all of Bloggors' registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks that are used on or in connection with the Services. That includes all logos, trade names, trade dress, and other source identifiers. All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other proprietary designations used on or in connection with the services are used solely for identification purposes and may be the property of their respective owners. Any use of third-party trademarks is only meant to identify the trademark holder and its goods and services; no connection between the trademark holder and Bloggors is implied.

6. Risk assumption and Disclaimer of Coverage

You realize and agree that there may be inherent hazards associated with using the services, including your interactions with other users. By accessing and using the services, you voluntarily decide to accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you take full responsibility for your use of the services, including your interactions with other users.

7. Term of Agreement and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect for as long as you use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Additional Rules. Bloggors may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or the Community Guidelines, including, but not limited to, using the Services for non-personal purposes, engaging in prohibited activities, and any violation of your representations and warranties. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, but not limited to, provisions relating to ownership, disclaimer of warranty, assumption of risk, release of claims, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
